Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of our products are generally final once delivered. Refunds are not provided for successfully delivered products, including any access, keys, files, accounts, or credentials that have been received and/or used.

If a product is not delivered at all, or is invalid/unusable due to a clear error on our side (e.g., system failure preventing delivery), customers are eligible for a replacement or refund after verification. Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly (usually within 24-48 hours).
3. Compatibility & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product meets their needs, compatibility, or expectations prior to purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility, changes in functionality after delivery, or incorrect selection. All products are sold as-is with no guarantees of ongoing functionality or results.
4. Fraud Prevention
Orders flagged as fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our terms may be canceled or refunded at our discretion to prevent misuse. We reserve the right to revoke access and ban accounts in cases of abuse.
